Its worth a lot of money!

Yes it's true! Button Gwinnett's Signature is worth a whole lot of money! In fact its worth more than almost any other signature you'll find except for Julius Caesar and William Shakespeare. An authentic Button Gwinnett signature can sell for as much as $150,000!

The reason is that some collectors try to collect the signatures of all 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence to make a complete set. Button was not very well known before signing the document and died very shortly afterwards. This makes his signature very rare. Only about 30 of them are known to exist! It's because his signature is so rare and there is so much demand for a complete set of the Signer's signatures that the price has gone so high!
