What interesting information. I am a midwesterner who never has been to the northeast but who enjoys history. I do nor know why I never really heard about Constitution Island and am bewildered why I was never taught such dramatic and interesting information about the founding of America.

Has anyone been there? Is the area restored ? Is it worth a visit? Those who know about Constitution Island, is this data accurate? It just seems like a fascinating region full of history, drama.
