Government Health Care is the last thing I want

by Jim
(Des Moines, Iowa)

I agree with the comment that the government hasn't been able to run Social Security, the Post Office, Medicare or anything else well. Why would we suddenly expect the government to get its act together and actually take care of our health! Its scary and ridiculous! Medical decisions should remain between patients and their doctors. I can't imagine injecting a bureaucrat's decision into the mix. I think its high time that we wake up and get control of our government again and enforce our will on our elected politicians.

Where Are You Sarah?
by: Gary - Missouri

I agree. The government needs to govern, not dictate. You know those "death panels" Palin was chastised for saying? I think they are lingering beneath the surface - and they will creep out slowly once the government has gotten hold of this health care "program". Look out America! (Where are you Sarah?)
