Founders blast big government - maybe Health Care too.

by Joseph
(Branson, Mo)

American anti-federalists such as Patrick Henry and Elbridge Gerry of Mass. were opposed to the Constitution. Why? One of their fighting points was that the Federal government would overwhelm the state governments. Although a final health care plan has yet to be placed before us I believe those anti-federalists would be leading their own tea parties against major government involvment with health plans, insurance plans and the like. Many of our founding fathers fled their homeland to avoid governmental control of their lives. Oh my, those founders would be driving the busses for Glen Beck!
